Why Did the Republics Vote for Untrustworthy People?

Statement

In the primary election Tuesday, 8 Republican candidates who voted for the largest tax increase in Nevada History won. Only 1 candidate who voted for the tax increase lost.

It is sad that the Republicans voted for candidates who broke their campaign promises and basically betrayed their party.

Now the Republicans will join together to try to reelect these candidates. They will vote for the lessor of two evils. Why?

Wouldn't it be better to vote for a third-party or independent candidate to send a message that betrayal will not be tolerated? If there is no other choice but a Democrat, either don't vote or vote for the Democrat.

Nevada had a Republican Governor, a Republican Secretary of State, a Republican Treasurer, A Republican Controller, A Republican Attorney General, a majority in the State Senate, and a majority in the State Assembly yet they proposed and passed the largest tax increases in Nevada history.

I do not think the Democrats would have even tried to pass a tax increases as large as the Republicans passed.
It is time for the voters of Nevada to reject any person who has broken their campaign promises or their oath of office by refusing to vote for them despite their party. Our country is being destroyed from within.

Nevada voters must have the courage to risk their vote to save our country.
